Managing Your Ledger

The Ledger is the master record of all your project expenses. Every scanned invoice and manual entry lives here. You can easily mark items as paid or unpaid, categorise them, and view their source documents.

Direct vs Indirect Costs: You can mark certain expenses as 'Indirect' (e.g., planning permissions, architect fees). This allows you to exclude them from your primary construction budget tracking if you wish.

Analytics Dashboard

Head over to the Analytics page to see visual breakdowns of your spend. The charts will show you your spend over time, category distributions, and top suppliers.

Use the date range filters to narrow down your analysis to specific months or phases of your project.
